The Nautilus 5711 has always been the most popular sports model from Patek Philippe. The PPF Nautilus 5711 measures about 8.5mm in thickness, while the 3KF Nautilus is about 8.3mm. Although the difference in thickness is minor, some buyers are very particular about this detail.
